The garden of Eden was created by God. It was beautiful, but then sin entered which resulted in man loosing the blessings of Eden. Now God is creating a new Eden which we can inherit. Learn in this series what characteristics we need to have to get there.

Again God created a new heaven and earth. This will be spotless and sinless, perfect just as how the world was before sin entered.
When Abel did a sacrifice for God, He was pleased with it. But to wipe away the sins from the face of this world, it required the greatest sacrifice of all, Jesus to be sacrificed.
God rested and sanctified the seventh day of creation and blessed it. So if we follow the same, we too would be blessed.
The first promise of the messiah was made in the garden of Eden. In the right time, He came and defeated satan on the cross.

There are two types of deaths mentioned in the Bible. The first type is compared to a deep sleep whereas the second death refers to eternal death in hell.
The first sin in Eden was disobedience to the word of God which had grave results.
God finished the work of creation in six days and rested on the seventh day. So Paul writes in Hebrews that we too need to have rest like God.
God created man in His own image. This image refers to His character. If we want to live eternally, we need to have His character in our lives.
Before sin, the creation was perfect. But after sin entered, it became imperfect. But our God always remains still perfect.
